Elite Physiotherapy Goa is committed to transparent and fair billing practices.

Payments made for physiotherapy services are non-refundable once a session has been delivered.

If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled with more than 6 hours’ notice, any prepaid amount may be credited toward a future appointment.

Refunds or credits will not be provided for:

• Missed appointments (no-shows)

• Cancellations or rescheduling within 6 hours of the appointment time

• Change of mind

In exceptional circumstances, refunds may be considered at the discretion of Elite Physiotherapy Goa.
