Service Description
Our Free Initial Consultation is provided at no cost and is designed to help you better understand your concern and whether physiotherapy may be appropriate for you. This session involves a discussion only. We do not perform any physical assessment or hands-on treatment. Instead, we listen to your history, answer questions, and help determine whether your condition is within our scope of care or whether referral to another healthcare provider may be recommended.
Cancellation Policy
We kindly request at least 6 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made within 6 hours of the appointment time, or failure to attend, may incur a cancellation fee. This allows us to respect our clinicians’ time and offer appointments to others in need.
